Pacific House Chinese Cuisine

I have never had an experience like this one in 53 years. The dish I ordered did not contain chicken like the menu said it did. When (politely) I asked for more chicken, the waiter and the female manager/owner both played dumb and repeated over and over "there's chicken, there's chicken". The amount of chicken in the dish was a teaspoon or two of tiny little pieces. They would not bring out any added chicken for me. I was shocked! So it ended up that I had to pay for a meal I did not enjoy and no attempt was made by these people to make the meal enjoyable for me. I was appalled that they cared so little for a paying customer's satisfaction. I always tip well, but I did not leave a tip, and they could have cared less!
